This Premium Italian Cocoa Flavouring Powder can be used for hot process and cold process. 

Recommended dosage: 130g per 1L (1KG/2.2lbs)

Simply mix 130g of Cioccolato Chocolate Cocoa Flavor Powder per 1L (1KG/2.2 lbs) of Vanilla Soft Serve or Gelato Mix to turn it into a Premium Italian Chocolate Soft Serve Ice Cream or Chocolate Gelato.  Feel free to increase or decrease cocoa flavoring quantity to suit your taste.
