Black Dahlia loose eyeshadow is a satin charcoal black base color infused with varying shades of sparkle - green, purple, blue, red. It will do best over a tacky base like a glitter glue so that the sparkles really stick!

Ingredients: Mica, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide, Tin Oxide, Silica, Ferric Ferrocyanide, Magnesium Stearate

Cruelty free & vegan. Contains approximately 1 gram of product in a 5 gram jar. Sifter is not included.
